This week in Minneapolis, DSI Security Services, proudly a woman-owned company, is making its mark at Security LeadHER, a premier event hosted by the Security Industry Association (SIA) and ASIS International focused on advancing, connecting, and empowering women across the global security profession. 

The conference brings together leaders and emerging talent to share insights, strengthen networks, and drive meaningful progress in leadership and inclusion.

Representing DSI at this impactful event are Eddie Sorrells, CPP, PSP, PCI – President of ASIS International & CEO of DSI Security Services, alongside Kim Henry- VP of Operations, Anna Birge- Bid and Proposal Coordinator, Syndi Vollmuth- Director of Human Resources , and Peyton Sorrells – University of Alabama graduate student and summer intern in DSI’s Consulting Division. 

Together, they reflect the strength, diversity, and future of the organization, from executive leadership to the next generation entering the profession.
