Michael Nail recently joined the DSI team as a Regional Director. Mike comes to us with 38 years of combined, military, law enforcement, contract and corporate security experience. He has managed most aspects of corporate and contract security including operations, P&L, budget, consulting, EP and sales. Mike comes to us from G4S where he held the positions of Senior Vice President & Chief of Company Police and managed a region comprised of 9 branch offices, 100,000+ hours per week, generating more than 120 million in revenue and 10 million in profit annually, surpassing budget expectations 6 out of 7 years.
Mike has also experienced the customer side of contract security while employed by Lowes Home Improvement in the position of Senior Corporate Security Manager, Global Corporate Security.
Mike holds a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and Management, Certified Protection Professional (CPP)designation with ASIS International, and Advanced Law Enforcement Certification from the State of NC Department of Justice.
Mike enjoys church, hiking, camping, reading and spending time with family.
